HIKING and CANOE SAFARI

A naturalist's delight

Ideally suited for the outdoor-adventure enthusiast, this safari on the Kenai Peninsula's most beautiful lake system features six days of canoeing, fishing, camping, nature walks, and, of course, some of the best wildlife-viewing you'll ever experience. Commune with nature throughout this six-day excursion, immersed in a special wilderness setting that by day displays a bounty of fish, wildlife, and scenery, and by night offers an incredibly clear, arctic sky. We will explore parts of the Moose River as we exit the Swan Lake system, a series of numerous beautiful, small lakes all connected by portages, none of them quite the same, and each having its own flavor and unique way of presenting itself and the wild places around it. Enjoy delicious meals on the hiking and canoe trails as well as at our campsite. Relax around the campfire before retiring to a comfortable, restful slumber in our tents.
